We want you to love your Perlimpinpin pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn garments with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
